The promoters of the Avlight group are 1st generation entrepreneurs, professionally qualified, who have more than seven decades of experience in the automotive industry.

ANIL ANAND, the key person behind the group and during his stint in employment he has worked with large industrial business houses, before venturing in 1996 with Mr. Rajan Sharma, the other promoter, to start Avlight Automotives Ltd.
His employment tenure with OEM & Tier 1 Suppliers for a span of 20 years motivated him for venturing to start up Avlight in the field of Plastic Injection molded components, Automotive lighting & Plastic Injection Molds.
Today Mr. Anil Anand is the key person, and Chairman cum Managing Director of Avlight Group Companies. His drive and initiatives are key factor in the growth of the companies under the Avlight Group. He is also instrumental in putting together a dedicated team of professionals, working towards the vision and goals set forth for the companies in the group.

RAJAN SHARMA, is the key person in creating and managing the Tool and Mold manufacturing facilities for Avlight.

His employment tenure with Tier 1 Suppliers for a span of 22 years involves establishing Tool Room and development of new products for Automotive Industry.
